Detailed information In working together I will encourage you to find your own "clear voice" by connecting with your values, sorting out conflicts, and building strengths as well as by developing new skills. My clients describe me as an astute listener who provides them with a warm and grounded place in which to expand understanding and to learn new and practical approaches. Therapeutic work we do together often results in your improved ability to unstick stuck relationships or find a satisfactory resolution, get unblocked, communicate more effectively, and make meaningful decisions that fit for you."

As a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of people in different settings. I specialize in helping people develop personally effective communication, thus increasing their ability to "be heard". I also provide consultation within university settings and organizations.

I also specialize in family needs and related issues, particularly life balance and/or career decision-making, fertility issues, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, concerns of women becoming moms in their 40s, etc. Career consultations linked to one's value are available as well.
